The builder standard

A builder has to pass all three checks before any of its projects goes on this site.

  1. Licensed and clean. Active licence on Ontario's official Builder Directory (HCRA), with no convictions, revocations or licence conditions.
  2. Proven delivery. A real record of completed homes in the GTA, not a first project.
  3. Buyers speak well of them. Good homeowner reviews and warranty history. Builders with a pattern of cancelled projects or delayed closings are left off.
